This webinar is for people who've suffered deeply in the process of assisting others.

We’ll discuss a variety of factors and their roots that may greatly impact us including, among others:

  • Giving too much to others but not enough for ourselves

  • Having beliefs about serving that can hurt us over time, such as need to be perfect or to always be successful, or that no one else can do what we do

  • People who are highly sensitive and are impacted by the unhealthy energy of people they help (vicarious trauma)

  • For helping professionals, organizational factors, such as too much work and not enough support
Some of the underlying causes:
  • Belief by one of your loved ones or your entire group that you’re supposed to be the caretaker and your needs aren’t important

  • Collective consciousness within your group, such as attitudes in your profession or organization that you’re supposed to work long hours

  • Unresolved childhood issues

  • Past life issues, including bodhisattva vow

  • Belief in your cultural group that women are supposed to sacrifice themselves for others regardless of what they need

  • The Divine is working us over, taking us through a phoenix process / burning our feathers so that we become more fully connected with Spirit and less with our ego and our 3D preferences.
We'll do healing exercises relating to the causes as well as to the damage resulting from burnout, compassion fatigue, or vicarious trauma.

Who this call is for:

  • Participation for this call will be available to anyone. However, those thirteen to eighteen will need their parents’ permission and supervision. (Children twelve or younger are not invited.) 

  • Participants will need to be in at least moderately good / solid shape energetically, mentally, and emotionally. We’ll leave it to you and your guidance to decide if this call is a fit for you at this time.

  • However, for males in difficulty, you’ll be very welcome to join us to receive from the group process, but not participate in sending out energies more broadly.


This call is NOT for you if:


  • You feel fairly fragile

  • Your hands are already full
